Mandatory disclosure is required for all alterations, custom tailoring, sizing modifications, and minor fabric flaws or wear. Misrepresentation compromises platform integrity and constitutes a direct violation of our terms.
03. Free Shipping Policy
To ensure a seamless, transparent checkout experience for buyers, Shop Haute operates on an all-inclusive Free Shipping model. Sellers are expected to build all estimated packaging and tracked postage costs directly into their item’s listing price, eliminating hidden fees at checkout while upholding our premium standard of service.
04. Prompt & Sensitive Communication
Brides, grooms, and vendors work within strict, high-stakes wedding timelines. Respond to messages, offers, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Reliable communication is foundational to establishing trust within a high-value marketplace.
05. Fair & Authentic Pricing
Set fair, realistic prices based on current market resale values for luxury garments. Price gouging, artificial inflation, and any attempts to divert transactions off the Shop Haute platform to bypass escrow protection are strictly prohibited.
06. Prohibited Items

Because luxury items carry high emotional and financial value, we expect buyers and sellers to communicate constructively. Please make every effort to resolve transactional or shipping issues amicably before escalating the matter to Shop Haute arbitration.
