• The Homepage: Features a premium selection of curated dynamic carousels, seasonal collections, and trending multi-vendor listings.
• The Main Shop Page: Accesses our comprehensive, live inventory of premium, pre-loved garments and accessories.
• Category Navigation: Target exactly what you need by browsing distinct categories (e.g., the “Men”, “Women” and “Accessories” categories currently available).
• Sorting Parameters: Organize your product feeds to match your shopping preferences, including ordering by newest arrivals, popularity, or price (low to high or high to low).

Because Shop Haute is a premium multi-vendor marketplace for independent sellers, all sales are final and returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind are not permitted. However, you are fully protected by our Buyer Guarantee if an item arrives damaged, counterfeit, or significantly misdescribed (e.g., undisclosed alterations or severe fabric flaws).

Step 1: Submit Your Request (Within 48 Hours)

You must initiate your claim within 48 hours of delivery before payment is eligible for release to the seller. Contact us via our Contact Page or email support@shophaute.co.uk. You must attach high-resolution images of the issue and clearly describe the discrepancy.

Step 2: Platform Arbitration & Review

Once received, our compliance team holds the transaction funds securely and opens a formal investigation. We rigorously audit the original listing text, metadata, and vendor images against your submitted evidence to determine platform compliance.

Step 3: Resolution & Refund

• If the claim is approved: We will provide you with secure return shipping instructions. Once the tracked courier confirms the item has been returned safely to the seller, your full refund is instantly processed back to your original payment method.
• If the claim is denied: The dispute is closed, and the held funds become eligible for vendor payout. All arbitration decisions made by Shop Haute are final.

We take violations of our community guidelines very seriously. If you encounter a listing or user that breaches our platform standards, please immediately report the violation directly to us via our Contact Page or by emailing support@shophaute.co.uk so our compliance team can take swift action.

To list an item for sale, log in to your account and navigate to the Vendor Dashboard. From there, go to the Products section and click on Add New Product. Fill out the required details before submitting your listing.
